The home-work I have to do this week-end is (in alphabetical order) Art, Biology, English, and Latin. A. B. E. L. I’m beginning to feel like the biblical Abel: trying to please superiors but about to be the victim of the first murder. Oh brother.
On the subject of subjects in “Genesis”, I call sodium hydroxide “Noah” because its formula is NaOH. It’s an ironic epithet: sodium hydroxide dissolves in water; Noah is famous for not dissolving in water.
